Car Rider Tag Request
Parents will be issued car tags to be used during afternoon dismissal. During afternoon dismissal, the tag should be visible from the front window. Please return previous car tags, as the assigned number changes annually. Siblings will be grouped together and assigned one number collectively as a family.

24 hours after submitting this form, your tags will be ready for pick up in the front office.
