Individual One on One Nutrition Counseling: initial $140 / follow up $120.  I can provide you a super bill for you to submit to insurance fro reimbursement, but at this time I am not accepting insurance.  

How it works:
1) Complete this form
2) Grace will email you pricing, additional information, a link to purchase the bundle and schedule your appointment.
3) You will then set up your initial appointment with Grace.  During this session we will review health goals and test instructions.
4) The test will be shipped directly to you.  You will complete and return the test.
5) Once Grace has received the results she will email a link to schedule a 1 hour appointment to review results.
