  • Date: The Colibrí Arts & Culture Market will be held on Sunday, September 24th from 1pm-5pm at the North Plaza on Union Depot (240 East Kellogg Boulevard Saint Paul, MN 5510). In case of rain, we will relocate indoors. More event details online at https://www.wsco.org/colibri
  • Fee: There is no fee to apply
  • Materials: you must bring your own tent, table, chairs, and any other materials needed. No power will be provided.

  • Applications and vendor agreements can also be picked up or dropped off at WSCO's office on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
