The form starts the process of registering your child.  Registrations are NOT COMPLETE & FINAL until all required additional forms are completed, processed, and accepted by the district.

PLEASE NOTE: Wyoming state law has changed.  Children must turn age 5 by August 1st, 2021 to attend Kindergarten for the 21-22 school year.
