First of all, congratulations on making it here, and welcome to the IP Paris family!

We are the BDE (Bureau des élèves) of Institut Polytechnique de Paris. Our student club aims to make IP Paris students feel at home. We do so by creating a bridge between you and the institute, helping you when in need, and most importantly, organizing gatherings and events 😉

Among our goals is to welcome new students - yes you! - and help you integrate the student life on campus. To do so, we have three main plans in mind:

• Welcome Day (Details TBD).

• WIKIP Paris (Details TBD).

• Buddy Program (details below).

The Buddy Program of IP Paris matches incoming students with a buddy (IP Paris student volunteer) who has already been on campus for at least a year. The goal is to not only build early connections, but also share information that could be helpful for you before you arrive on campus or even in France. Your buddies will assist you all the way till you meet them on the Welcome Day, and would be keen to remain in touch with you throughout the year.

We encourage every student to participate by filling out the following questionnaire.

Within a few week, you will be matched with a buddy who ideally shares your major, nationality, and/or interests!
