3rd Annual Spooktober Coed Tournament presented by West Metro SoftballSunday October 8, 2023
Games run 9:00am into the evening (game times TBD based on # of teams)
Northwood Park (and Victory Park or Lighted Park, as needed)
Registration Details:
- All team captains will submit a registration form on behalf of their team
- All interested small groups/individuals (not already on a team) will submit a registration form. If there are team spots available by the deadline, these groups/individuals will be put together to make remaining teams.
- Full Teams will receive a PayPal bill for $250 (we will bill the team captain, as noted in the form)
- Small Groups and Individuals will receive a PayPal bill for $25 each
- Registration Deadline: Friday Sept 22 (or until tournament fills)
Tournament Details:
- USSSA Rules and Regulations
- Coed Tournament (Men and Women)
- Tournament intended for Recreational Play (D- and E-Level Teams)
- $250 per team (or $25 per individual player if registering as small group or individual)
- Double elimination tournament
- 4 Home-Run Limit per team, per game
- 1 Courtesy Foul
- Costumes highly encouraged!
Spooky Vendor/Sponsor Fair in the Park!
There will be a craft/vendor fair in the park during the tournament! Our league sponsors will be tabling and hosting booths at Northwood, so be sure to walk the park, do some trick or treating at the booths, and enter tickets to win prizes in our Spooktober Raffle!
*All Spooktober participants will receive a number of free raffle tickets! Information on how to pick up your tickets will be communicated to team captains prior to the start of the tournament.
