Following is a list of the ingredients and kitchen supplies that we normally have on hand, of course depending on the season. Our menu changes daily, depending on preferences in each group of guests, but it is always a creative and appealing blend of Panamanian, European and Asian cuisine. For instance, we make at least a dozen different types of pancakes, using various grains and natural flavorings, both sweet and savory.
Our goal is to provide a custom experience that satisfies the mix of guests during any one time, so we need to know what to focus on including, or eliminating.
Each cabana will be stocked with the cold and hot beverage selection of your preference, and our kitchen and bar are always open for snacks and drinks. Super early risers can sip coffee on their own terrace at 5 am, or nightowls can sip rum while reading a book in bed at midnight!
Our normal restaurant schedule is as follows:
8 am ... breakfast
1 pm ... lunch
7 pm ... dinner
Meals are served "family style", and guests can choose to eat together as a group, or at separate tables. Meals can be kept warm for guests who arrive late for a mealtime, or can be delivered to your cabana for private dining on your terrace.
Please do NOT CHECK EVERY ITEM, just alert us to those ingredients you specifically LOVE or HATE (or are allergic to!!!). Ignore those items you are OK with, or are willing to try :-).
