March Break Camp Fees
Applicable school fees and extended care fees for short-term attendance are due within 48 hours on receipt of the written approval for registration, by SLI's principal. Payment may be e-transferred to sidney.ledson@bellnet.ca.

March Break Camp Fees for 5 Full-Days (1 Week) of Attendance
  • Preschool: $450 / week *
  • Kindergarten - Grade 6: $425 / week *

March Break Camp Fees Per Day for Attendance of Less Than 5 Days in a Week (subject to availability)
  • Preschool: $95 / day *
  • Kindergarten Grade 6: $90 / day *

* Should the school be closed for or during the March Break week(s) due to COVID-19, a full or partial fees refund for days not attended will be made.

Extended Care Fees
Before-school charges, from 7:30 am - 8:50 am: $8.00 / day *
After-school charges, from 4:10 pm - 6:00 pm: $10.00 / day *
Late pickup charges, after 6:00 pm: $1.00 / minute *

* Extended care fees are payable in advance at $18.00 / day. This is to be paid with the applicable short-term attendance school fees, as stated above. Should the student not have used the before and after-school care services during their attendance at SLI, the extended care fees will be refunded, after the student's final day of attendance, for all days for which the service was not used.

Additional Terms of Service for Short-Term Attendance
  • Fees, including extended care charges, are due within 48 hours of the principal's written approval of this form submission. Should the fees not be received within this time, the principal's written approval for optional short-term attendance will be revoked and the form will have to be resubmitted for approval. School fees will not be waived due to sickness, holidays, or withdrawal, however, extended care charges will be refunded for the days that the student does not use these services.
  • All before and after-school charges, if not prepaid, will be invoiced and are due before the end of the student's last day of camp.
  • Registrants are accepted without an assessment, on good faith, and on the assumption of the full and accurate disclosure of their needs. Should this disclosure be deemed inaccurate or incomplete by SLI's principal while the student is in attendance and / or the student's attendance is causing disruption to the operation of the classroom or school, the principal reserves the right to discontinue the student's attendance without the refund of prepaid fees (only extended care charges may be refunded).
  • A full disclosure of any special needs of the student is required on submission of the registration form. Should the school decide, based on the information provided, that we will not be able to accommodate the special learning needs of your child, we will inform you accordingly within 24-48 hours of receipt of the registration form.
  • Based on the information provided, the principal, Ms. Rumina Shivji, reserves the right to disapprove this optional attendance application should she decide the program is not suitable for the student.
