Notice of Deposit

We require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to secure the date for an event, which will be deducted from the final payment after the event. In case of cancellation, please provide a two-week notice before the scheduled date for a full refund.
The deposit may be applied as a cleaning fee if needed, covering additional expenses to prepare the space for future rentals.
For non-profit and community groups, the deposit amount is negotiable.
