The Arctic Science Summit Week (ASSW) was initiated by IASC in 1999 to provide opportunities for coordination, cooperation and collaboration between the various scientific organizations involved in Arctic research and to economize on travel and time. ASSW is now an annual venue for meetings of Arctic organizations, scientific collaborations, and more.
During ASSW2021 there will be three days dedicated to IASC & Arctic science community meetings (20-22 March); ASSW2021 will also feature a cultural day (23 March) and an open science conference (24-26 March) on the theme of "The Arctic: Regional Change, Global Impacts". The entire Arctic community is encouraged to use ASSW as a venue for bringing together their organizations, collaborations, and teams. ASSW organizers provide the logistical support and your meeting attendees only have to register for ASSW2021 and show up.
Please fill out the form below to request a space and we will do our best to accommodate your request. The application deadline is 30 November 2020, and a draft program is expected to be ready in mid-December. For more, please see
