The objective of VBTT is to offer a more competitive option for players with advanced skill and commitment levels.  As such, we are looking for coaches who not only possess knowledge of baseball fundamentals, but also have the ability to teach those fundamentals and develop top level players.  

All applications will be reviewed by the VBTT committee and VLL Board of directors.  Brief phone interviews and reference checks may be used in this process.
