This fall we prioritize consistency and sustainability! Some of us struggle to get into a weekly practice, whereas others could use some support to improve our mood, mental health, or pain levels by increasing by another class or two (or three!) per week. Whatever your goals, the key is commitment to yourself and consistency in that commitment....until it becomes a part of your life that the human ego can no longer talk you out of!!
We invite all current and prospective members for this amazing seasonal renewal and commitment. This time around we even have some fun prizes for all who complete the challenge.

The Fall Challenge Sign-Up Donation is $15 (optional, & a good accountability incentive).
For each person who pays the donation (due September 1) AND completes the challenge, $10 will be donated to The Firecracker Foundation.
