2019-2020 Diploma and Awards Pickup

Students who graduated or won an award in 2019-2020 can come to the school to pick up their diplomas or awards. We need to follow a strict protocol for anyone entering the building.  Students or a designate can choose a time to pick up their diplomas or awards.  Pickup will only be available in the afternoon when no students are in the building. If you are attending West Hill in-person classes you may come to the office during your break.

Please follow the procedure below:

1. Students or designate must complete COVID health screening before they arrive.
2. Enter through door one and go to the office at the designated time.
3. Leave directly through door one and do not go to any other areas.

DIPLOMA PICKUP IS BETWEEN 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm.
