Camp Eagle 2023 is currently full each week. If you would like to add your child to the waitlist please complete the form below. Please complete a separate form for each child. You will be contacted via email if a spot is available for the week that your child is on the waitlist. General Information
LOCATION: High Pointe Elementary-900 N Cheyenne Nixa, MO 65714 

HOURS/DAYS OF OPERATION: Monday through Friday from 6:30am-6:30pm

AGES: Kindergarten (5 years old) to 6th Grade-Based on the grade your child will be in the 2023-2024 School Year

Attendance: Weekly Full Time Care Only

Tuition: $30 Registration Fee at time of enrollment to hold your students spot each week and $160 a week unless specified differently below.

Camp Schedule:

Week 1: June 28th-30th, 2023 (Cost: $96.00)

Week 2: July 3rd-7th, 2023 *Closed on July 4th!* (Cost: $128.00)

Week 3: July 10th-14th, 2023 (Cost: $160.00) 

Week 4: July 17th-21st, 2023 (Cost: $160.00)

Week 5: July 24th-28th, 2023 (Cost: $160.00)

Week 6: July 31st- August 4th, 2023 (Cost: $160.00)

Week 7: August 7th-11th, 2023 (Cost: $160.00)

Week 8: August 14th-17th, 2023 *Closed on Aug. 18th* (Cost: $128.00)


Camp Eagle Field Trips

Camp Eagle will be going on two to three field trips a week. One of the field trips is always a swimming trip. The other trips vary depending on the week. You can check out all our scheduled activities and field trips on our website under the Camp Eagle 2023 tab. Field trips and activities may change depending on the weather. 

Billing Policies
The billing office will only be open on Tuesdays from 9:00am—12:00pm.

Tuition is due by 10:00am on the Tuesdays prior to the week of attendance. Payment due dates are below!

Tuition may be paid by check/money order (make payable to Nixa Public Schools), cash, or credit/debit card.

Credit/Debit/Check and ACH Draft Payments are accepted online at www.schoolpay.com

Check and money order payments can be dropped off in the XLT Drop Box located on the back side of the Faught Administrative Center in front of the Technology Building.

Payments not received by 10:00am will not be processed until the following week and your child may not be able to attend.

Payments are NOT accepted at the camp location.

$30 Registration Fee due at Registration.

Week 1 June 28th-30th: Payments Due by June 20th.

Week 2 July 3rd-7th: Payments Due by June 27th.

Week 3 July 10th-14th: Payments Due by July 5th.

Week 4 July 17th-21st: Payment Due by July 11th.

Week 5: July 24th-28th: Payment Due by July 18th.

Week 6: July 31st-Aug. 4th: Payment Due by July 25th.

Week 7: Aug. 7th-11th: Payment Due by Aug. 1st.

Week 8: Aug. 14th-17th: Payment Due by Aug. 8th.  

Camp Policies and Procedures
You will need to pack a lunch, snacks, and drinks each day.

Camp Eagle is PEANUT & TREE NUT FREE!

Nixa Public Schools are not responsible for any personal property brought to Camp Eagle. We discourage the use of personal electronics (i.e. Gameboys, iPods, etc).

Children should be dressed appropriately for active play. Please send additional clothing if necessary.

Children who are suspected of illness will not be accepted into care. If a child becomes ill while in our care, a parent/guardian will be notified to come pick up their child.

Children will not receive medication of any type from Camp Eagle unless it is absolutely necessary and required by a doctor to be given at that time.

Sunscreen does not require a medical authorization, however, it must be provided by the camper.  You will need to send a bottle of sunscreen with your child on their first day to leave at Camp, labeled with your child's name and DOB.

Nixa Public Schools is not responsible for any personal injury incurred while children are at Camp Eagle.

Camp Eagle will attempt to meet the needs of all children with accommodation requests. (please complete the accommodations section of the enrollment form)

Camp Eagle will remain indoors if temperatures are over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Camp Eagle reserves the right to cancel, combine, change dates, times, fees, staff, or make any other revisions to the camp as they become necessary.

Space is limited and on a first come first serve basis.

LATE PICK UP: Any child picked up after 6:30pm will be subject to a late pick up fee of $5.00 for the first 10 minutes, and $1.00 per minute thereafter.  If a child is not picked up by 7:00pm, the police department will be notified of an abandoned child.
Camp Eagle Discounts
XLT is not offering any discounts or reduced fees (foster/adopt, free/reduced, and sibling discounts) for Camp Eagle. All families will pay full price for the care provided.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, you must do so prior to June 1st, 2023 to avoid penalty.  Any cancellations made after June 1st will not be refunded.  This is due to prepayment for field trip and activity costs.
