If your Exchange Club will not be represented at the National Convention and you do not need to submit this Voting Credential Form, email admin@NationalExchangeClub.org - stating that your club will not be voting in Colorado Springs, CO.

The National Exchange Club utilizes electronic voting methods; therefore, individual voter email addresses, which will be accessible onsite during the voting session, must be submitted to complete the credentialing process. Please ensure that every email address submitted is, A.) unique to the voter for whom you are submitting it; B.) accessible 'remotely' in any location where there is cellular data service.
