TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2022

1. Parents/caregivers of under 5's and Year 1-4 children MUST be present and participate with their children during club night sessions. Taumarunui Amateur Athletic Club (TAAC) and its representatives accept no responsibility for any unattended children at the Taumarunui Domain before, during, or after club night sessions or if club night sessions are canceled for whatever reason. Supervision of the athletes will be provided by TAAC Officials within the designated activities only.

TAAC is a voluntary-run club, and parents/caregivers must understand it is not just a place where kids can be dropped off and picked up at the end.

2. TAAC accepts no responsibility for any injury suffered while taking part in any TAAC activity or being on any ground or premises controlled by TAAC or any venue where TAAC is participating within the Waikato/Whanganui region.

3. The rules of TAAC are binding, and we expect participants to follow verbal or written instructions by TAAC Officials or delegates at any given time, failure to do so may lead to exclusion from Club activities. Bad or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated children will be asked to sit out if they fail to listen.

4. TAAC may disclose personal details of your child/children for Club, Athletics Waikato, and Athletics New Zealand administration purposes. You may receive correspondence/emails from these organisations.

5. TAAC makes every effort to accommodate athletes with medical conditions, but parents must be responsible for supplying and administering medication and providing extra supervision/support as required to ensure their safety. If your children have any medical conditions, parents must remain at the full club night to ensure they can respond to the child's needs if required to do so.

6. By registering for this competition you agree to receive information, events, and promotional material from TAAC and their sponsors. If you wish to be taken off the distribution list, please email admin@taumarunui-yct.com.

7. By registering for this competition you authorise any photos and video material that may be obtained throughout the TAAC Competition to be used for promotional purposes only on social media and the Taumarunui Youth and Community Trust website.

8. Club fees are due no later than 26th October. We will have EFTPOS available during the night and also accept online payments.
