We are grateful for your interest in Slow Food Cascadia: Food Festival & Summit. Cascadia is a region of cascading waters feeding the North Pacific Ocean, from the panhandle of Alaska to the Continental Divide and down to San Francisco Bay.

Slow Food Cascadia will be an opportunity to explore food connections and taste the region. Along with partners like you, we have the potential to transform the food system. You can find the updated event schedule and program here: www.slowfoodcascadia.org.

What would attract you to attend a regional values-based food event?

What speakers or topics would inspire you to join Slow Food Cascadia Summit? Are there summit/conference formats or elements that you would like to see at Slow Food Cascadia?

What tools do you need to encourage consumers in your area to buy more local foods? What speakers or topics would you like to hear from on this topic?

We will have a panel discussion focused on Slow Food USA's "Equity, Inclusion and Justice Manifesto." Are there speakers on this topic you would like to hear from?

Cascadia is a large region, and there are many underrepresented threats and opportunities in our food system. What issues would you like highlighted during the summit or other event program? Is their a speaker who you would advocate speaking about the issue?

What vendors would you like to see (or taste) at the Slow Food Cascadia Taste Marketplace? We have 20 spaces and want to show off a wide range of ecogastronomic products in the Cascadia region.

Are you interested in a volunteer leadership role at Slow Food Cascadia 2019?

Food and Beverage Director - Develop and manage the food and beverage program for Slow Food Cascadia's Saturday evening event.

Taste Marketplace Coordinator - Develop and manage the 20-vendor Taste Marketplace at the Slow Food Cascadia Food Festival. Recruit vendors, manage logistics, and assist with setup.

Summit Planning Team - Assist in developing the format and speaker lineup for the noon - 5:00 Summit.

Regional Chapter Outreach - Assist in developing a network of regional ambassadors promoting Slow Food Cascadia.

Volunteer Coordinator - Assist in recruiting, managing, and creating a welcoming experience for volunteers.

Hard Cider Garden pourer (MAST Permit required) - Two separate shifts: pour cider 11- 3 or tend tiki bar 5-9:00.
