Thank you for your interest in Nisse Preschool! Please read the information below and then fill out the form to be added to our registration list. We accept students on a first-come, first-serve basis. When a program fills (20 students in the four-year-old class; 20 students in the three-year-old class) we will continue to accept registrations toward our waiting list. If a spot opens up for your child, we will notify you of the opening and you can take up to a week to confirm enrollment.
4-year-old Program:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 8:00am-1:00pm
- Tuition ($330/month) provided entirely by SWVPP grant
3-year-old Program:
- Thursday and Friday from 8:00am-11:00am
- Tuition $135/month
- $75 registration fee (covers child's milk fees for the year) due with completion of this form
Extended Care Program is available for an hourly rate of $5.00 per hour per child if you cannot pick up your child when class ends. This service is available until 5:30pm daily.
Materials due prior to first day of class in September:
- First and last month's tuition (for 3-year-old students only)
- Physical form signed by your healthcare provider (required by state regulation)
- Completed immunization card (required by state regulation)
