Teen CPR & Stop the Bleed Training
Did you know that February is American Heart Month and Feb. 12-18 is Heart Failure Awareness Week? One thing we can do to be prepared for helping others in emergencies, such as a heart event, is to be trained in CPR, and how to stop bleeding.

As a program in our #Adulting teen event series, teens (ages 12-18/grades 6-12) are invited to join us for a special hands-only CPR and Stop the Bleed training led by Central Valley Fire District staff. Dinner will be provided. Sign-up limited to 20 teens. Sign-up will be closed at 20 teens; please email kmorrison@belgrademt.gov to be added to the waitlist if this is applicable to you.

Friday, Feb. 24 from 5:30-7:00 PM. Central Valley Fire Department Station 1 is located at 615 Wings Way in Belgrade.

Participating teens are also welcome to attend our fire station tour of CVFD Station 1 just prior to this event, from 4:00-5:00 PM, to see the station, ambulance and fire engines!
