The Pacific and Asian Affairs Council (PAAC), is excited to offer your Student the opportunity to participate in the Global Vision Summit on October 3, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as "Program"). Please read the following statements:

PAAC shall have the right to (i) establish reasonable rules, standards of conduct and instructions for dress and behavior for the students, (ii) enforce such rules, standards of conduct and instructions, and (iii) terminate Student’s participation in the program due to any violation of such rules, standards of conduct and instructions;

Any pictures and/or film likenesses of Student taken while on the program may be used in future publications and promotional materials for PAAC and their agents (anonymously, if requested by Student);

Any part of Student’s journals, blogs, reflection, and/or evaluation may be used in future PAAC publications and promotional materials (anonymously, if requested by Student).

RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS and INDEMNITY Agreement:
I understand that during the Program, my child’s voice, physical presence, and participation will be transmitted to other participants in the Program. By checking this box and signing below, I voluntarily waive and release Program Organizers, their directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, representatives and chaperones, and staff, from any and all claims, liability, causes of action, costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, claims for loss or damage to Student’s property and for illness, injury or other risks), which may arise out of or that are incident to Student’s participation in the Program.

This authorization and release covers the use of the Materials in any published, broadcast, or electronic form, and in any medium of advertising, publicity, or trade in any part of the world in perpetuity. I waive any right to inspect and approve any product or copy of the Materials that may be used or the use to which they may be applied. Furthermore, I for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns, transfer to the Program Organizers all my rights, title, and interest in the Materials. I, on behalf of myself and the Student, hereby release Program Organizers and its partners, assigns, directors, officers, employees and agents from all claims, demands, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the Materials. This agreement represents in full all terms and considerations, and no other inducements, statements, or promises have been made to me.
