Thank you for registering for the   Haere ma runga paihikara ma Te Auaunga (Journey by bicycle along Oakley Creek) event, to ensure that we don't leave you behind in case you get held up on the way to the event, it would be great to have your name and number. Contact details for someone you know will also be great in the event that we might need get help for you. Only once have we had to postpone a ride due to weather. Having your email address means that we can contact you if we decide that it would be too miserable to be out.

On the day of the ride please wear comfortable clothes suitable for the weather, and bring a water bottle. We'll be out biking even if there's light rain. We will stop for afternoon tea at a café, but you might want to bring along energy snacks as well.

Please bring:
- A cell phone
- Spare tube and puncture repair kit, pump for your bike.
- Sunblock if sunny

Please check that your bicycle is in good shape and fit to ride today's route. See details on the ride invite with regards to route type.

Please note ride Grade. While we have planned this each ride very carefully, responsibility for each person's wellbeing is yours to manage. This is particularly the case with children. Each child must be accompanied by and the responsibility of a caregiver. Usually the rides will be planned so one can turn back early if need be, or if you need to be somewhere else before the suggested ending time.
