I agree to follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the Peaceful Unification Advisory Council, Republic of Korea (PUAC HQ) and PUAC Washington, DC Chapter. Furthermore, I, for myself (the parent or guardian, if applicable), do hereby release PUAC HQ and PUAC Washington, DC Chapter from any liability and all claims resulting in personal injury, illness, accidents, or property loss arising from participation in the 2023 Golden Bell Contest. I acknowledge that I am signing this consent freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
