Once you have completed this form, please contract the 2500 PLEX entry fee & deposit to the character in game 'EVENT Alliance Open'. Please note that any submission of this form without PLEX contracted by the 2020-08-31 23:59 UTC deadline will be discarded. PLEX need to be contracted directly from the alliance executor character of your alliance or they will not be accepted. For any issues you wish to highlight, please eve-mail 'EVENT Alliance Open'' in-game.
