Be Grow Learn, LLC designed this coaching program to help NYS skilled professionals navigate the arduous application process for getting independent contracts with the NYS Independent Early Intervention Provider program. This allows you to cut out the middleman and get 100% reimbursement set aside for your expertise. This is an introductory level coaching program, and can help you prepare for Agency Level approval one day. This course will not teach you how to become an agency, or get agency level approval. This state program grants approval to one person (you), and cannot be used to hire subcontractors. You must provide the services. 

You will be responsible for managing your own taxes and finances, as Be Grow Learn, LLC and the Course Creator (Jamie Giannino) offer no financial guarantees or advice, as you are in control of your own caseload. You will be offered a spot in our mentorship coaching program, and it is your choice to accept.

Before you are accepted as a coaching mentee for this program, you will need to sign our Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) which prohibits you from sharing any of my personal expertise, intellectual property, contacts, know-how, methods, terminology, images, any and all material presented in our coaching program in any format (including but not limited to print, audio, video, email, presentations etc.), referred to collectively as "NY Early Intervention Contracts Course", or "The Professionals Guide to NY Early Intervention Contracts". You may not replicate any part, or whole of my coaching course and pass it off as your own. 

Monetary damages will result if you break the NDA. Just Don't Do It!
