We're so glad you wish to meet with fellow students and improve your mental wellbeing, self-awareness and emotional resilience in a safe, supportive environment. These peer support groups provide the opportunity to relate with students on a similar journey, share experiences, receive support, consider healthy coping strategies and exercises over a 12 week period.
We aim to have 6 students in each group plus 2 fellow students facilitating. Your group will meet once a week for an hour virtually due to Covid-19 and current restrictions. You'll be given practical resources and tips throughout the course. Please fill in the form below so we can better understand you and your needs, and allocate the most suitable group for you.
We'll be in touch as soon as possible with further information about your allocated group. The first sessions start the week beginning 22nd February 2021.
