Waiver and Pre-Screening
As part of your registration package, a waiver and pre-screening health questionnaire must be completed. If you have not submitted your waiver and questionnaire before your plunge time, you will not be allowed to participate in the sauna and polar plunge activities.
You must be older than 12 years of age and younger than 70 years of age to participate in this public event.
I confirm I am aware I will not be allowed to participate in any polar plunge activities without a waiver and pre-screening questionnaire completed. I understand all participation will be at the discretion of onsite operators.

I understand that I am required to wear appropriate clothing in the sauna and cold plunge tanks. Clean hygiene practices are encouraged and appreciated.
A change room facility may be provided, and the library facilities may be open for cold plunge participants.
