How are you getting to VTF 2024 and are you excited?!

Are there any special medical conditions or allergies for any students that we should be aware of over the weekend? (Anything for our food vendors to be aware of for making food separately if possible, any illnesses that may look like COVID-19 symptoms, etc.) If the answer is no for your troupe, just put N/A. *

We will be assigning mainstage seating but are doing times released tickets for one acts. We will send codes to reserve seats for certain shows and then release any remaining tickets after Dec 15th and again the day of to help manage seating. IF you are interested in a code to pre-reserve one acts seats, please acknowledge below. Each one act has 200 available seats plus a few ADA seats reserved. Mainstages are guaranteed entry and you will receive those tickets via email by the first week of Jan. or upon check in. *

Anything else we should know? Student event schedules will be sent out after Thanksgiving, workshop information will be sent in mid-to-late December, and we will share festival welcome packets both digitally as well as physically upon arrival.
