This series is hosted by MSU Extension Community Nutrition's Eat Healthy, Be Active Program

A six class (6 week) series about living healthy to reduce the risk of obesity and chronic disease. Learn the skills needed to make healthy eating and regular physical activity a part of your everyday lifestyle. Participants receive stretch bands for home use. 

MSU Extension & Brightmoor Artisans Collective are offering this series FREE to eligible participants. 

What: MSU Ext. Eat Healthy, Be Active 6 week nutrition series
When: This series takes place once a week for 6 weeks in June & July 2023
