1) Specialist Class Application Fee ($50) is non-refundable and will be included in the total tuition.
2) If you cancel your registration before the first lesson, you will get a full refund, but the application fee ($50) will be excluded.
3) You can cancel your lesson anytime. You should notify us in writing in advance. We will refund you only for the remaining sessions you did not receive yet after excluding the application fee ($50) and the sessions taken. The refund is based on the date of the withdrawal. However, if you received the lessons already, you will not receive the refund for them.

3. Disciplinary Action:
QUESTABOX will promptly alert parents of any behavior by their child that is dangerous to others or disruptive to the educational environment of the class. Disciplinary actions may include adaptive goal setting, behavior modification charts, removal from a situation, time outside the online classroom, time away from the program, or other similar strategies. violence and purposeful hurting results in a phone call or email home, immediate removal from the program and possibly from QUESTABOX. All final decisions regarding discipline rest with the Questabox administration and will be communicated directly to the student’s family.
