Adoption Application for Coco and Vinny - Found a home!!
UPDATE: Coco and Vinny found their home with a couple from IL. They went home on April 3rd. Thank you for your interest!

Coco and Vinny arrived at our home in Valparaiso, Indiana on March 11th, 2021. They came from a home in Michigan where they were very much loved. Their previous owner had found herself in a situation where she could no longer care for them and made the hard choice to relinquish them to find a new home. We have updated their vaccines and heartworm tests. Here is a brief description of each of them followed by a questionnaire to apply for adopting them.

Coco: 12 years old, Female (Spayed), diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure in 2/2021. Current medications: Lasix, Enalapril and Vetmedin twice daily, eats well and has a sweet but spicy personality. She is not aggressive but is the more dominant of the two dogs, needs dental care, not well house trained but does readily go potty outside when taken regularly, also uses a potty pad readily

Vinny: 6 years old, Male (Neutered), in apparent good health aside from needing dental care, mild mannered, not house trained but does readily go potty outside when taken regularly, also uses a potty pad readily

Adoption fee: $100/dog (dental care responsibility of new owner)
