🇬🇧 Curator and host of the Dance Retreat Project, Irene will be leading two days together accompanied by DJ Kappe.
Irene will start from the basics of the floor-work technique Flying Low, expanding outwards from a thorough exploration of the details to improvisation beyond learning and repeating pre-choreographed phrases.
You are invited* to
participate, dance, experiment, choreograph, improvise sessions dedicated to research, study, experimentation and choreography.
For those familiar with my Flying Low classes, you will not be disappointed, that will be practiced as well. You will continue in the following hours with both single and choral improvisation tasks, you will use elements of Passing Through but not only. I introduce you to techniques of creating, managing the self, and your presence, both on stage and emotional.
I guide you toward the discovery of your uniqueness, of movement and personality.

Irene partirà dalle basi della tecnica di floor-work Flying Low, espandendosi da un'esplorazione approfondita dei dettagli all'improvvisazione al di là dell'apprendimento e della ripetizione di frasi pre-coreografate.

Per chi conosce le mie classi di Flying Low, non rimarrà deluso, si praticherà anche quello. Si prosegue nelle ore successive con tasks di improvvisazione sia singola che corale, si useranno elementi di Passing Through ma non solo. Vi introduco alle tecniche di creazione, di gestione del sé, e della vostra presenza, sia scenica che emotiva.
