Expanded Learning Opportunities Program
Please fill out this form if you believe you meet the eligibility income guidelines set by the state for free and reduced childcare, and you are interested in ESS.  Please understand that completion of this form does not guarantee a spot in ESS.  However ESS is the program that will be providing ELO-P services in Poway Unified School District. In order for this form to be considered complete you will need a copy of your letter/email from food and nutrition indicating you are qualified for free or reduced lunch.  If you do not have a copy of this letter, please contact the Food and Nutrition Services office at 858-668-2570 and request a copy. Once this form is complete and submitted, you will be contacted by the ESS Department or by the ESS Supervisor of the school your child is or will be attending.  If you have not heard back from someone within 14 days, please contact Christine Carrera at  ccarrera@powayusd.com
