NJPW LA Dojo x PWX Special Seminar Application (January 2020)
Welcome to New Japan Pro-Wrestling LA Dojo camp application page.
This is for a special one-day seminar with Katsuyori Shibata, Rocky Romero and the LA Dojo Young Lions in CHARLOTTE, NC on January 28, 2020!!

Time: 10:00am - 2:00pm
Location: PWX Dojo
Address: 330 East Hebron Street Suite C, Charlotte, North Carolina 28273
Cost: $100 per person

This seminar is for intermediate to advanced wrestlers.
To apply for the January 2020 special seminar, please fill out the information listed below.

In Section 3, you will be asked to upload a full body photo & a head shot. Images must be in JPG, GIF or PNG format, and file size cannot exceed 1GB each. A full body photo should show your physique (not your wrestling costume). A head shot should be a clear photo of you from shoulder up on a white background.

We will contact you if you are selected to enroll in the seminar.
Once you are selected, you have 7 days to fill out the seminar registration form & make payment.
