The Transfer Center presents virtual appointments with our UC Los Angeles campus representative. Appointments are for currently enrolled OCC students. Completion of this request form is required in order to access the appointment scheduling link.

Upon completion of this request and approval, you will receive a confirmation email from the OCC Transfer Center within 2 business days. You will also receive a separate email from the UCLA representative with the virtual meeting link one day prior to or on the day of the actual appointment date.
