Thank you for your interest in testing this hilarious and amazing dragon costume!
This pattern has so much room for incredible customization, from the hood to the pants! This will allow for a great fit specific to your dog, no matter the size, shape or unique details.
This test will run from August 31st to September 15th. You will be contacted on August 30th.
Pattern Notes:
This pattern is actually very straightforward, as crazy as it seems at first glance. The main back piece is knit flat in the scale pattern. The much smaller main front piece is a simple rib, also knit flat. These two pieces are seamed together at the shoulders, joined and knit in the round to secure. These pieces are also seamed together under the arms, allowing for a perfectly custom fit because you choose where the armholes will go by where you seam! The sleeves are then picked up and knit in plain stockinette in the round. The back legs are picked up on one side of the back piece, knit flat and then more stitches are cast on and they're knit in the round to finish. The hood, arguably the best part, is knit flat and seamed to the back piece. Lots of fun to knit and makes a super fun costume to wear this Halloween!
