This is the time of the year when we hand over the responsibilities to a fresh set of School Cabinet. In the first step to the Student Cabinet 2020-2021, nominations are invited for the following posts.
Nomination form is being attached here. Please fill and submit them to your class teacher by 20.5.2020.

• Dy. Head girl- from grade IX

• Sports captain- from grade IX
• Discipline captain- from grade IX
• Cultural captain- from grade IX
• Literary captain- from grade IX

• Ganga house captain- from grade X
• Ganga house vice-captain- from grade IX

• Krishna house captain- from grade X
• Krishna house vice-captain- from grade IX

• Godavari house captain- from grade X
• Godavari house vice-captain - - from grade IX

• Cauvery house captain- from grade X

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO FILE NOMINATION FORMS

Qualifications and eligibility
*   Student with a minimum 60% score in all subjects in previous academic session i.e.2019-20.
*   Student who reports to school in improper and untidy uniform will not be considered.
*   Behavioral record must be exemplary.

Personal Skills and aptitudes
*   Self-confident: Must be bold and assertive
*   Ability to speak in public, to students and teachers.
*   Team working skills.
*   Must be organized and resourceful.
*   Must be polite, honest, reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Accountability
*   Prefects are ultimately accountable to the principal and the Prefect council coordinator.

Responsibilities
*   Prefects must adhere to School rules and regulations at all times.
*   The main duty of prefects is to maintain an atmosphere of peace, discipline and unity in the school.
*   Be able to encourage and motivate fellow students.
*   Prefects must liaise and collaborate with each other, as a team, to ensure efficiency and smooth running of
     their own area of responsibility and of the school as a whole.
*   Prefects academic and behavioral standards must be maintained.
*   Prefects will always work in the interest of the school.
