2022 Dakota County 4-H MN 4-H Ear Tag and Tagger Order Form

Please complete this form to order MN 4-H ear tags and reserve taggers to identify your 2022 4-H animal science projects. The deadline to ID 4-H animals in 2022 is Monday, May 16. Tags will need to be pre-ordered and picked up from the Dakota County Extension Office, 4100 220th St. West, Farmington. Cost: $2/tag. Tags will need to be paid for at time of pick-up.

Exception: Due to their late birthdates, Meat/Market Goat Jr. Doe Kid ID must be IDd by June 1, 2022 and Dairy Goat Jr. Doe Kid ID must be IDd July 1, 2022

NOTE:
- Deadline to order MN 4-H ear tags is April 18.
- You will be contacted when tags are ready for pick-up. Watch your email for tag pick-up information.
- Tags will be picked up from the Dakota County Extension Office, 4100 220th St. West, Farmington.
- All tags must be put in the animal's ears and recorded in 4-H Online by May 16.
- Any unused tags (tags beyond those you listed in 4-H Online) or broken tags must be returned to the Extension Office by May 23.
