2022 Fall Tackle & Flag Football Registration Form
When registering please choose player's 2022-2023 grade level.

                                                                          TACKLE FOOTBALL - GRADES 4-8


FLAG FOOTBALL- Grades K-3
                                Registration Info and Cost:
                                Registration is open until July 15th       COST: $135
                                *Late Registration + $30 Late Fee open until July 31st     COST: $165

Flag games are played on Sundays. Season Starts August 28th and runs 6 weeks.

TACKLE FOOTBALL- Grades 4-8
                                 Registration Info and Cost:
                                 Registration is open until July 15th       COST: $285
                                 *Late Registration + $40 Late Fee open until July 31st       COST: $325
                                                                  (Team fundraiser will also be required)

Tackle Games are played on Saturdays. Season Starts on August 27th.

**All tackle players will need a current medical physical before they can practice. You should schedule this to be completed before August 1st.
