Welcome to the sign up form for MYC 2024

MYC 2024. Stand Firm.

Join us from Sunday the 16th to Wednesday the 19th June.

All necessary details can be found on the MYC webpage (https://thebibletalks.org/midyear-conference) but below are some significant details to note:

Venue: The Conference will be held at Camp Noah near Richmond.
Transport: Buses will be provided from 2 (possibly 3) pick up points in Durban.
Cost: Work out which category you fit in below...
Are you a FIRST TIMER to MYC?

•Student/unemployed = R450

Deposit = R200 by the 8th April. The rest is due by the 27th May.

•Worker/employed = R700

Deposit = R350 by the 8th April. The rest is due by the 27th May.

Are you RETURNING to MYC? (Early Bird Special):

•Student/unemployed = R600

Deposit = R200 by the 8th April. The rest is due by the 15th May

•Worker/employed = R900

Deposit = R350 by the 8th April. The rest is due by the 15th May

*Please note: if your full amount is not in by the 15th May then we reserve the right to automatically move you into the "Late Price" category (below)
Are you RETURNING to MYC? (Late Price):

•Students/unemployed = R800

Full amount by the 27th May.

•Workers/Employed = R1100

Full amount by the 27th May.


VERY IMPORTANT:
To secure your sign up, your deposit must be paid by the due date (all 8th April) and the remainder of what you owe must be paid by either the 6th May (Early Bird Returning Special) or the 27th May (First Timers, or Late Price)

All deposits are non-refundable.
There will be no refunds of any amount after the 27th May.

How to pay?

  3. Give money to a TBT Team member (ask for a photo of their depositing it as proof)

  4. Use TBT’s bank details below (screen shot them) for an EFT or deposit (Reference: Full Name MYC. NB! Please add R15 for cash deposits)

Have a supp or are worried you may get one?
The camp takes place AFTER exams and BEFORE supplementary exams.
If you are worried you may have/get a supp... still come along! Tell us you need to study and we will make sure you are assigned a place where you can study. Coming to camp means you have great things to do between your study breaks, and that you are guaranteed 3 meals a day! So don't let your supp put you off coming.
