PLATINUM, GOLD, AND SILVER BUYERS:
In an effort to expedite check-in at the Auction and ensure adequate seating is available, the Auction committee is requesting that all Platinum, Gold, and Silver buyers RSVP ahead of time.  If we are unable to fulfill your requests, you will be notified before the auction. Platinum Buyers - up to 6 chairs, Gold Buyers - up to 4 chairs, Silver Buyers - up to 2 chairs.  If you need additional seating, please indicate so in the Special Requests box below.  We will do our best to honor requests for additional seating but no guarantee. The auction committee will notify you if we can not provide the seating you have requested..
Will you need additional wristbands?
Additional wristbands may be purchased for immediate family members only, for $30 per person.  These wristbands will allow family members access to the auction floor; however, seating is not guaranteed.  Please designate how many additional bands you would like to purchase.  You can pay for the extra bands upon arrival at the auction.
Special Requests
Please list any special requests that you may have including additional seats if needed, location of table, preference to sit with other buyers, need for electricity at your table, etc.
