There has been a good deal of uncertainty around the Health Education England (HEE) Paramedic Roadmap to Practice, particularly around how one should map themselves against stage 1 ("Knowledge, Skills & Attributes (KSA)"), and then how one should produce their Primary Care Portfolio (including a Personal Development Plan (PDP)) for stage 2.

This webinar, to be delivered by Lily Dixon (Paramedic Profession Lead, BNSSG Training Hub) is here to dispel this uncertainty, and make the process easier for you to navigate! Lily will be mapping herself against stage 1 of the Roadmap and designing her own PDP against stage 2, in addition to discussing examples of portfolio evidence.

It is open for FREE, virtually, to all first contact practitioners (paramedics) working in Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire.
