Dear Parents/Carers,                              

Please find attached a list of After School Clubs that will be running next half term. Clubs will run Monday to Friday for five to seven weeks. The first day will be Monday 30 October 2023.

Parents in receipt of Pupil Premium can register for one free club with all subsequent clubs being paid for in full. Cooking Club and Street Dance are not permittable as a free club.

All After School Clubs, with the exception of Cooking will begin at 3.15pm and finish at 4.00pm

Cooking on Thursday will finish at  4:30pm.

Choir Club on Wednesday is free. 

We endeavour to give all children an opportunity to try all the clubs available to them. Some clubs, like Cooking, are usually oversubscribed so places will be allocated in rotation.

We will only contact you if your child is not successful in getting into a club of their choice. 

Request your club choices on the form below and pay online using ParentPay.

If your child is entitled to a free club please make your request in writing either via your child and class teacher or in person at the school office

It is compulsory we know who will be collecting your child at the end of the club. Alternatively we must have written permission for your child to walk home. This permission can be found at the end of the form.

Staff training on Wednesday 8 November means that with the exception of Street Dance the other clubs will not be running. SENability and Choir will not run on the day unless you hear otherwise..

Please complete the form or speak to the office by Tuesday 17 October. Clubs cannot be booked after this date.

 If you are signing more than one child up, please do this on separate forms.

Club places can't be guaranteed until payment has been received.
