Dansville Mural Festival is an all-day multi-art community celebration incorporating the dedication of the Dansville mural, which will be completed in the weeks leading up to the festival. Rain or shine!

Eligibility:
Open to fine artists and craft artisans (hereafter referred to as exhibitor/s). All work must be original, hand-crafted and executed by the exhibitor attending the Mural Festival. No kits or buy/sell. Artisan work must be high quality and hand produced. Livingston County resident exhibitors are a priority.
Sales Tax: Accepted exhibitors must display their NYS Certificate of Authority at their booth.
Pets:
For the safety and security of all exhibitors and attendees, please do not bring pets of any kind to the event.
Guidelines:
•
Booths may not be left unattended at any time during event hours.
•
Exhibitors are expected to remain on site regardless of weather.
•
After set up, exhibitors must park their vehicles in municipal lots on Elizabeth Street. No Main Street parking will be permitted.
•
No food items are allowed to be sold by exhibitors at this event.
•
Spaces are limited to 10’x10’ OR 12’x12’; no double spaces will be offered or provided.
•
Spaces are on sidewalk and/or paved road/parking lot.
•
Exhibitors must provide their own tents, weights, tables, chairs, etc. Stakes are not allowed.
•
Electricity is not available. Generators are not permitted.
•
Tents are allowed and encouraged but must be safely weighted for windy and/or rainy conditions.
•
The goal of this event is to ensure there is a selection of high-quality, hand-crafted artwork in a variety of media with a varied price range. Dansville ArtWorks reserves the right to limit the number of exhibitors in a particular category based on the item quality, price, and order of submission.

Exhibitors participate at their own risk. Exhibitors agree to hold harmless from any and all liability the Dansville Mural Festival Committee and its volunteers, Dansville ArtWorks and its board, the Village of Dansville NY, the Town of North Dansville NY, and Livingston County NY.

June 1 – Notification of decisions and if accepted, location of booth
June 15 – Contract deadline
FEE: Application fee of $50 payable to Dansville ArtWorks which is refundable at the event. If the exhibitor fails to follow any guidelines in this call, application and/or the contract, the application fee will not be refunded.
Application may be printed/completed/mailed or submitted via google docs.
