Business Citizen Award (Small and Medium/Large)

This award recognizes businesses who consider the social and ethical effects of its activities on their staff and the community around them. This includes businesses who actively develop and train their staff beyond the field of their employment, address the needs of a diverse community, including older people, people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds, women, young people, and people with disability.

2023 Business and Community Excellence Awards Info. Categories & Terms of Entry

I can confirm that the Nominee to the best of my knowledge:

Has been operating for at least 2 years.
Including its Owner/Directors/Partners; has not filed for Bankruptcy, been placed in receivership, committed any act of insolvency, been the subject of charges which have resulted in a disclosable criminal conviction or breach of relevant workplace and/or safety laws, or the subject of an adverse finding by a relevant Commonwealth/State/Territory regulatory body (e.g. Fair Trading) for a period of 10 years prior to the presentation of the Award.

Has not been the subject of a court order for monies owed to a client or sub-contractor in the past ten years.
