Please use this form to submit your consult, private lesson, or monthly customized program/coaching application/intake form to get on the waiting list for my 2024 schedule. I will be opening up new weekly consults/lesson and monthly program slots in a first-come, first-served basis according to who signs up on this list. 

0) 6-8 week custom aerial fit "in-the-gym" program (no video feedback) to complement your aerial training - $250 (with video feedback is $350)
1) Reactive monthly recurring customized program with no video feedback for aerial/handstands etc - $300
2) Reactive monthly recurring customized program with video feedback for aerial/handstands etc - $425
3) 6-8-week custom program with weekly video feedback, skill assessment, and fully linked program - $500
3) 6-8-week program (with all of the above) plus two half-hour consults DURING or BEFORE the program - $575
4) 6-week program plus customized 2-4 week reusable accumulation/strength block (that you can continue progressing as your strength increases) to lay the foundation for the 6 weeks of skill work - $575
5) 6-week program plus accumulation training block AND the two live one-on-one video consults - $600

- weekly encouragement and asynchronous check-ins
- weekly video feedback
