Payment can be made at the Hopi Farmers Market event. Please go to the registration booth on the day of to make your payment and receive your receipt.

By signing electronically below I agree to the following Market Goals:
I am the grower of the produce I am selling and it was grown within a 100-mile radius of market site.
No reselling of items not grown by you! Items will be inspected by the Market Manager for compliance.
I must have and display my valid Peddlers Permit and/or a Food Handlers Permit.  
I will donate $10 work of goods at check-in to be raffled off to support future markets.
I must bring my own table(s), chair(s), canopy and other display materials.
I will bring adequate change with me for monetary transactions.
I will not provide plastic bags to customers, to support Market goals of this being a plastic-free event.
•    I will only sell during scheduled market hours.
•    I will provide a Gross Sales Report of my approximate sales and approximate value of bartered goods, to be used for future funding applications for the Market.
Liability: I recognize and agree that participants in the Hopi Farmers Market & Exchange may be subject to certain risks, physical injury, damages or loss. I waive and relinquish any and all claims that I may have against the Hopi Tribe and Program sponsors, including officials, volunteers and employees. I have read and fully understand this warning, assumptions of the risks, the waiver and release of all claims.
