Mentoring Program (Social Emotional/Mental Health/Behavioral Mentoring)
All youth and families must start with the CreatiVision
Mentoring Program. This program is designed to help you and families deal with
the social emotional and mental health behaviors. The Mentoring sessions are held in a variety of venues such as the Clark County Juvenile Detention Center, Springfield City Schools, Clark County Schools, and other public venues.
The Playground After School Program & Day Camps
JSN’s The Playground After School Program & Day Camps
provides sports and activities to help youth obtain life skills, team building skills, and family reunification. The Playground offers different types of after school activities such as archery, martial arts, boxing, fishing, etc. The weekend Day Camps are offered consist of community activities such as farming, going to events, skill building exercises, hiking, theme parks, etc. The weekend day camps are an incentive for youth and families that thrive in the CreatiVision mentoring Program and the Path Career Development Program.
Path Career Development Program (PCD)
JSN’s PCD program will consist of financial
courses, search for a career online, how to fill out an application, how to
write a resume, how to apply online/in-person, how to interview, and how to
follow-up, how to accept an offer, and how to maintain employment.
Youth participating in this program will be
given resources for education, what courses to take including CTC CPP, Honors,
attending college, trade, school, or military or a plan to obtain employment
after graduation
Youth participating in this program and have
successfully completed each session, JSN will reach out to local employers and
set up job shadowing and or paid/unpaid internships. If those options are not
available JSN will find a career mentor in the field where the youth are
designed to work.
JSN will provide adult family members full cycle
recruitment resources to obtain a career once they have successfully completed
the PCD sessions.
