Improv as Spiritual Practice
A 10 SESSION IN PERSON COURSE

This class, facilitated by Bridget and Jason Laflin, uses classic improvisational acting and comedy exercises as a way to explore spiritual themes such as mindfulness, living in the moment, supporting your community, the importance of your own voice and more.

Come prepared to be silly and laugh a lot.  All levels of experience and physical ability are welcome.  The class is open to adults as well as high school and middle school students.

Bridget and Jason have started several improv comedy troupes and trained hundreds of actors over their past 20+ years doing improv.  They are incredibly excited to share this experience with the people of First UU Church.

The class will be held each Monday evening beginning on January 23 and ending on March 27 from 7-8:30 PM in the fellowship hall.
