Publication fee is already included in the conference fee for SCOPUS publication in Q3 & Q4 (SJR) and non indexed journal no additional charges needs to be paid for publication. But if the authors want to publish in Q1 or Q2 scopus journal (SJR) or ESCI journal indexed in Web of Science then they need to pay additional publication fee based on the journal fee of the publishing journal.
