This  questionnaire has been prepared in order to  learn  the  capacity of you, our  valuable  teachers, to use
 digital  technology in the  education  and  training  process  and  to  determine  your  needs. This survey  will
 help us identify  your  needs for  your  professional  development. These survey  results  will also be used in the
